We have purchased this house (200 sqm house on a 1000 sqm land) in 2021 and as we are architects ourselves we have redesigned the space in collaboration with local craftsmen. We have put great care into the design — both interior and exterior—in order to make the house as cosy, welcoming, enjoyable, minimalist and comfortable as possible, with a hand-picked selection of elegant furniture.

The property's main house features a vast open kitchen / dining room / living space, along with three bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms and a guest bathroom. A separate guest-house bungalow offers a fourth bedroom and bathroom which provides much intimacy.

Each bedroom has been designed to respect the privacy of its guests—separated from each other. They all have been equipped with locally produced furniture and cozy beds, so that there is no jealously amongst guests. We believe that when on vacation you deserve the best to make the most of your sleep and rest.

We offer fresh towels that are changed once a week as well as the bed linen.

The house is great for food lovers, we have designed the kitchen to make it as pleasurable and convenient to cook, eat and share meals. The kitchen is well equipped (with an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a boiler, a set of pots and pans, etc.. As foodies, we also love the fact that the kitchen is located partly outside, which makes it an amazing experience.

The outside terrace is around 200 sqm mostly surrounding the pool and there is also a big veranda, if you want some more privacy. There are three hang-out areas with different levels of shade. We provide pool towels and foutas. Pool is cleaned one a week and the gardener is also coming by once a week to keep everything in great shape.

The roof top is an amazing space to contemplate the view on the palmtrees, the beach, which can be seen through the trees, the mountains of Cozon, and of course the stars at night! If you are a Yogi, that’s your space to breath and balance overlooking the garden.

It’s our goal to make our guests feel at home and have the best vacation possible. Everything was designed to make the house both comfortable and aesthetically appealing. During your stay, we are available on whats-app or by email and have a local manager who looks after your needs. Prior to your arrival, we make the final arrangements and organize your arrival the best possible way (we can buy some food for the first night/day) so you can enjoy Villa Isha as much as we do from the very beginning!
